I just wanted to take a minute to shoot you a quick email of thanks. My wife and I had our 2nd child in October, and we thought we qualified for AIM/Healthy families. The long and short of it was that we ended up not being covered by AIM/Healthy Families or our Anthem coverage. We couldn't figure out what was going on, and it was causing an enormous amount of stress in our household.
After a period of time with this stress and frustration trying to figure out the insurance industry (good luck there) I remembered you coming and talking to us here at our company about insurance several years ago. At that time, you said if any questions came up to let you or Aaron know. So, when I remembered that I thought I would turn to you. We didn't just get the answers we were looking for. Aaron took ownership and has run with our problem and has far exceeded the level of customer service that I would expect.
It has been amazingly relieving knowing that someone who knows what they are doing is going to bat for us. This has been a great reminder for me how providing exceptional customer service can generate positive word of mouth testimonials because you better believe that when the topic of insurance has come up, I have been quick to say how helpful your group has been. Thanks again for the assistance that you have provided, and helping to restore a portion of my family's sanity.

I want to thank you for your support and efforts with changes to our family's health insurance. Both our daughters were changed over to the new plan. As you must know, I was declined the transfer. No surprise, but it certainly was worth the try. I appreciate your insistence and hope that it will be possible in my future.
